I don't recommend this place at all save your time and money . I'm stuck with a payment without any great results and nothing finished but I still have to pay for it because i signed something but while requesting a copy I never got anything or even a call back to know about what's going on but i can get inappropriate messages to be the drs friend and date invites ?? . I went to this place tying to get a implant done instead it fell out a week later at work and being in pain I still went in dr Moya looked at it but he said nothing could be done and he didn't know why that happened. I've been trying multiple times to contact them and at this point I just have to take it to other matters such a disappointment.
Had appointment on Jan 12. Arrived at office with sign it was closed. No call from office. Voicemail box is full when I call. If they are closing down they should at least let patients know so they can make other arrangements.
Please save yourself & do NOT go to moya family dentistry run by (Leonardo Moya). They are the Most unprofessional that I have ever experienced anywhere , I've had better professionalism at a fast food joint. I was waiting over a month for my crown to come in from the lab with my tooth shaved down .. they did not follow up with me so I would call weekly for an update & low and behold the last time I CALLED they said they've received my crown & wanted to make an appointment.. shows they do not value their patients time or even care in that matter. During the procedures they did not inform me what they were going to perform. After they had placed the permanent crown on, it had came off leading me to come in on seven different occasions.. they have no respect for the patient . They made me so uncomfortable Roland their insurance rep was incredibly rude to me after they told me I had to pay out of pocket , they offered to do an appeal with my insurance & to no surprise did not follow up with me on that status . So I called insurance myself to find out the appeal had never been submitted . All of this has been such a traumatizing experience. I finally decided to go to a new dentist and they were my saving grace. They had no problem getting my insurance to cover my crown and getting me taken care of . If I was able to give negative stars I WOULD.
