I started attending regular classes in Oct 2022 and haven’t looked back! The structure of the class pushes me to limits I would not achieve going to a regular gym or working out at home. I have noticed a difference in both my physical and mental health. The staff/coaches are very helpful and make it a true community.
F45 is a great combination of functional fitness and an environment that encourages you every step of the way, no matter your fitness level. It’s simple, and results driven. At Alamo Ranch the coaches and staff truly care about your experience and always make it a great time!
Hands down F45 Alamo Ranch offers the best workouts I have ever had and will continue to have! The coaches; Wela, Rachel, Ricky, Myles, Kallie, Bryanna, and Jenn are attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I highly recommend!
