I've used this location for about a year and a half for an eye exam and prescription glasses and sunglasses with my vision insurance. They do have a good one year warranty. My interactions with the sales associates were also positive. They are very good fitting the frames for me.

The appointment was quick and efficient and the turnaround time to pick up my glasses was reasonable. I appreciated that I wasn't pressured into buying new frames when I just wanted to update the lenses in my current frames.

I brought in glasses (from an online store) that had a screw missing. The screw in them was too small and barely touched the threads so it was inevitable. ANGELA helped me right away. She not only fixed them but got a screw fully threaded through the whole piece. There's no chance I'm losing a screw again. Great service!!!
