They were supposed to call me after 2 weeks of the eye exam, it’s been more than a month and they didn’t call yet, when I tried to reach them, it just sends me to the voicemail. The doctors in the clinic were really good but I can not say the same from the administrative and the staff from the glass store.

Got there at 4:45 Mon after going to a couple of Dr appts & the pharmacy at the VA hospital. Told the lady I generally have problems finding frames large enough for my big head. She immediately pulled out several frames, all that would work, & told me what colors each 1 was available in. Then she helped me pick out the best looking frame. We sat down, wnt through the final measurements, & she talked me through what options I had as far as lenses, antiglare, transitions, etc. I told her what I wanted, asked about how long it normally takes for them to come in (was told 2-4 weeks), paid, thanked her, & left less than 20min after I got there.
