When I called to schedule the appointment the person taking the appointment was/is very rude - no people skills - a waste of my time - they are so in a hurry that they do not confirm if they accept your insurance even when they tell you they do. Rudely tell you if you miss your appointment or do not call to cancel within their time frame you will be charged $45. I came early to fill out paperwork-no paperwork needed - was asked to come back at 5:15. Luckily I went to check the selection of glasses at the Optometry inside Sam’s. Dr. Sebi Chung is the most vile woman I’ve ever come across… She’s extremely rude and overcharged me just because she didn’t like me very much during my appointment. In addition, I overheard her mistreating one of her staff verbally. DO NOT GO HERE it’s not worth the service. You can find decent service else where!!!! Dr. Sebi Chung needs to see a therapist asap. She’s clearly not mentally stable as she goes around taking out her anger on patients and her employees. So I assumed it was the manager just called me for a potential interview, and when I asked about pay range they were very rude and asked why did I apply. I can’t even imagine how the staff gets treated
