I would highly recommend Dolan Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement or any type of work done on their roof. Brandis was very professional and helpful every step of the way. (From meeting with the insurance adjuster, clearly explaining the cost of the repairs, coming out to fix a leak while we were waiting for the roof replacement, filing all of the paperwork with the insurance, etc.) Brandis, Johnny, & Amanda were very responsive and courteous when answering questions I had about the whole process. I used Dolan on 2 different houses recently. It was a smooth process from the initial assessment, them working directly with the insurance companies, picking colors and options, not having upsell pressure, schedule the work, completing the work, inspecting the final work, and following up after the job was completed. There weren't any discrepancies from the initial quote to the final bill.
Initially worked with Johnny, then Shannon, Amanda, and the rest of the office staff. Finally, Mike came out to both jobs to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction and also do final inspections to make sure no detail was missed.
