I was not sure what to expect other than have a very good hair cut and shaving. I found this experience above and beyond. The hair cut was done professionally and using the correct tools. Gerald began by using scissors, and then the machine, but he also was very careful not to pull hairs or moving my head in a rough manner. He also asked me if I wanted my eyebrows to be trimmed! At the end, he used a machine to give me a massage on the shoulders and upper back.
Good experience, it’s like a sports clips just more expensive and no TVs for your entertainment. They offer drinks which is from water coffee or sodas and the sorts. The art on the wall reminds me of a tattoo artist shop that became a barber shop.
Gerald did such a great job !!! I’m very shy when talking about what I want for my haircuts but Gerald was so patient with me and directed / gave suggestions. I felt so comfortable and excited to see final results which I was very satisfied with. On top of that customer service with everyone is great here. Definitely coming back
