Repeatedly called, trying to get someone to answer, but apparently they do not answer the phones. I don't understand a business that can never answer the phone when patients call.

This office is unresponsive and not concerned with patients. On my last visit, I was told that I was using too much insulin and to stop eating as food was the cause of my diabetes. I was prescribed Muonjaro howver the prescription was never sent and I could never get anyone to answer the phone to find out the status. All my messages were ignored, so I asked to be removed from their system. If you are looking to be ignored, charged for additional service or talked down to, this is the practice for you!

All these complaints make me chuckle. Working at this place I got yelled at for asking them to complete the registration on their portal. Operator error. It's an app. They are busy doctors it's a specialist not a primary care. Don't wait until you are down one pill or doss before calling them that's a patient fault.
