This is clearly a family owned business and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I docked a star because they overcommit on how quickly they can get you in, saying it will be a short wait and it's actually not because they are still servicing other customers, which is totally fine but just be honest. I was there for 2.5 hours, half an hour of which was just waiting with my feet in the water to get started. My technician was super exhausted and told me she hadn't had time to eat that day, it was 4pm.
