Everyone was so nice! The environment was very welcoming, clean, and I felt safe. Jen helped me choose my jewlery (they have an amazing assortment) and the placement best suited for my ears. I will definitely be back for some more piercings once these have healed up.
I made an appointment to buy some new jewelry, I wasn’t going to be able to make it to my original time but I got lucky and they found me a later slot for the same day! The shop is super clean with multiple places for customers and artists to wash their hands, and I was able to find something super cute for a pre existing piercing only $40. Frankie was the one who helped me pick out new jewelry and they even installed it for me! Super friendly staff and I had a really nice experience with Frankie.
I am a medic and have 12 piercings and too many tattoos to count. This is BY FAR the cleanest, friendliest, and professional place I have ever been for service. I washed my hands going in, all surfaces (to include floors and bathrooms) were pristine. Jen was extremely knowledgeable with questions and thorough sanitizing jewelry, showed me the sterilization packaging, washed and sanitized her hands and walked me through all the care, provided piercing cleaner for home use, confirmed my anatomy for appropriate placement of piercings, thoroughly cleaned and mapped and was super gentle and quick with the piercing process.
