They are able to accommodate young children, with one nail technician, Timothy, being particularly patient and good with a 4 and 5-year-old. However, there have been some concerns regarding communication and pricing. One customer was charged more than expected for gel nails, despite specifying they did not want gel nails and the sample colors they picked appearing to be regular nail polish.
