Perfectly nice guy but ruined my favorite watch. I took my favorite watch in for a cleaning and to get the links fixed. He fixed the links, which is why he gets 2 stars. Other than that, he scratched my case, bent the end links (a cheap trick to make them stay instead of just fixing them), and there is still dirt visible on the watch case near the crown and bezel. I can't believe I paid $30 for this. He distracted me with nice talk while I paid so I didn't notice all his incompetence until I got home. I feel totally ripped off and my favorite watch now has scratches and bent links and is STILL DIRTY after he charged me $10 to clean it. I will NEVER go here again. Do not...read full review

I have been a customer for many years and have Galway’s had exceptional service. Recently the owner made an elephant bracelet for me and it is beyond beautiful. Exceptional workmanship and outstanding service.
