I truly enjoy working for Community Options. I think leadership works hard to make sure that individuals with disabilities and the staff who support them are taken care of. As an organization, Community Options is doing amazing work pushing forward the need for deinstitutionalization and community integration, not just in Texas, but across the nation. San Antonio is in good hands under Samantha Cutler, she is one of the top leaders in the organization and we are lucky to have her!

Some of the staff in higher roles have great hearts and want so much more for their subordinates and individuals they care for the home. I’ve seen firsthand Valerie and Sam prioritize this company over their personal matters. The changes that need to be made need to come from corporate to make a difference.

Community Options has been an amazing place to work at. Refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares for the people they support as well as for their staff! The New ED is doing great things here!
