My experience today was fantastic. Customer service was awesome, Natalie was so kind and confident . I am so pleased with the services I always receive. They even remember your name, that's why I travel an extra 5 to 6 miles out of my way... clothes looks great too. Good job team.....God bless!
This Comet Cleaners location has always gone above and beyond to make my dry-cleaning experience exceptional, but new employee Natalie REALLY went above and beyond. When I brought in a leather bag to be cleaned, she dedicated herself to better understand the process to get this done quickly, effectively, and efficiently - and called me to confirm and walk me through appropriate details. Exceptional customer service! Thank you, Natalie, for doing such an exceptional job and making me a committed Comet Cleaners client!
