Christianson was the company that Wilshire Homes used in 2006 when the house was built. They have serviced my AC, furnace, water heater, and plumbing since then. Most recently there was an AC issue that needed diagnostics and then my monitoring and reporting back. Paul M was the technician who followed the issue, assessed the history of the unit, and narrowed down what needed to be replaced to fix it. Christianson installed 2 new units over 10 years ago in our home. We had some issues develop over the weekend to our upstairs unit. Technician Jordan Synder arrived early. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and was able to resolve quite a few various issues for us. He provided options and some good advice for the future. He worked with me on pricing as well for today's repair. His work was honest, thorough and complete. I'm satisfied with today's visit and look forward to working with him on any future service calls. I called this morning cause I had a leak in my laundry room. 5 hours later I had 2 great plumbers ringing my doorbell. The first plumbers name is pablo and his new apprentice was david. They were professional, clean, and explained all the work they were doing while doing the job. Christanson plumbing has a real gem in those two.I look forward to using them for all my plumbing needs.
