Joseph from Chem Dry was very professional, and explained everything he was going to complete. He answered all over our questions as well. Along with Chem Dry’s customer service and the level of service to clean out carpets we are very pleased. Eugene also followed up to confirm our appointment and made it easy to reschedule. Chem-Dry of Stone Oak came out this morning to tackle several stains on our downstairs carpet. John and Joseph did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They arrived early to survey the areas that needed to be cleaned. Both acted professionally and courteously. There wasn't any pressure to purchase more services. They cleaned the carpets really well and completely removed the stain. I plan to use them again in a few months.
