It was nice to see Trey again to bug free our home. Showed him where the crazy ants were today on our deck and also ant mounds in flower beds that have showed up since the last rain. Trey took care of these plus all his usual care and action to protect our home. We like the peace of mind knowing Trey is keeping the bugs out of our house.
Bugco was recommended by my realtor to give a second opinion on a termite inspection. While a previous exterminator attempted to scam me out of almost $2000 for a termite treatment before putting our home on the market, Darrell performed an inspection, gave me recommendations to prevent, and reassured me that there was no termite treatment needed. If only every service company was this honest. Thanks to Darrell and the Bugco team for doing right by their clients!
My technician who came out (Chase) was awesome today. He went above and beyond to remove multiple active wasp nests at my house, many of which I didn’t even know about. Great company, and very responsive if any issues persist after or between quarterly treatments.
