I was a happy camper with this office until I was refused a refund that their office accepted from my dual insurance that I paid monthly premium, they received it and applied it to my account. Then they called insurance to request a letter of refund. I returned a call after requesting the refund to me. I asked why they did that it belonged to me. Their office manager hung up on me of course me not letting her talk. I was so UPSET. I will call the insurance and request from them. Before all of this they told me Oh you have a credit. I do well I would like to get a partial of course we can apply the credit and your portion will be $$. Go figure??
My family and I are highly pleased with the care we receive at Bluebonnet Family Dental. Dr. Adam Sumner and staff are very professional and do an outstanding job. From routine cleanings to replacing crowns I highly recommend them.
One of the best Dental Clinics in San Antonio. The staff is amazing on how they welcome you, the wait time is great and the staff is top of the line. I highly recommend it, I have received the best dental care in this clinic in compare with other 5 other clinics.
