This is a neighborhood, small business and I have been going there to support local, small businesses. However, today was the last straw and I won't be going back. While she/they do a good job cutting my dogs hair, she (Rose I think) is super rude and unorganized. She has arbitrarily raised the price of my dogs cut 3 times in a row and stated today that "oh, that price must have been when we just opened"... The old bait and switch. My dog mats up over time. Simple as that and I don't have time or interest in brushing my dog every day. Hence the reason I take him to a groomer. I was insulted directly by her today saying the price went up this time because I am not taking...read full review

She is not super fast, but she is efficient and doggo looks great. She cares about her work and is very personal. We switched from Petsmart and have never looked back. She truly loves the doggies

This was my 1st time using Betty Boots Dog grooming, the owner was very nice, listened to my needs. And was very professional. I wanted my dog groomed ASAP, she was booked, but said would call if there was a cancellation. She called me as promised and groomed my dog the next day. The price was reasonable.
