My nails always come out great! Hostess is friendly, but perhaps needs better training on managing the intake of customers and communicating better. Myself and another customer were waiting to be seen by the same nail tech for a manicure at the same time due to lack of communication. As a result we were seen by 1 tech at the same time.
Well I normally get my underarms waxed at that place..during spring break week I went to get my underarms waxed and the lady I had was waxing my arms so hard make my armpit bleed and weeks later I had infection on that same underarm...will not be going back to that place
I walked in at 15 to 7 when they close at 7. They rushed my mani&pedi did a sloppy job at covering the side walls on my nails and barely scrubbed my feet with the pedicure. I had rings they clearly stole! I asked about it in the morning and Danny said to check my car! I took them off in the salon and checked for them as I was walking out the BACK door. Everything about my visit was unprofessional. I’m disappointed because usually they are ok.Services: Pedicure
