I've always had a great threading experience here. Today, however, I was pressed for time so I opted to thread my eyebrows and wax the rest of my face. Eyebrow threading went well as always. I noticed when u sat down that there was already a popsicle stick in the wax bowl. I didn't think much of it because maybe they just want to have it ready. However, halfway through my wax i turned towards the wax bowl and noticed the lady was dipping the same stick i to the wax over and over again! And when I left, she put the same stick back in and left it there (presumably for the next person)! ? I called the manager, Sara, and she graciously accepted my feedback and said... read full review

Since I moved to San Antonio 4 years ago I’ve been going here but the lady who used to do my eyebrows is not there anymore, for the second time today the lady that is there now took half of one of my eyebrows, it seems like she doesn’t know how to measure the eyebrow and the nose part, now I have to wait until my eyebrows fully grow again, I’m going to find another place to do it, not coming here anymore.Service: Eyebrow threading
