I went to that location so I can do my eyebrows however the lady was insisting to do my sideburns I had explained to her many times that I had a bad experience with it before I was getting married that was 3 yrs ago I had broken out into rash and a lot of itching she tells me let's just try it and I will guarantee you you will be fine so I gave in and I absolutely regret it I broke out again with rash alot of itching I don't know if I should call or email them about the situation and try to resolve it

I've always had a great threading experience here. Today, however, I was pressed for time so I opted to thread my eyebrows and wax the rest of my face. Eyebrow threading went well as always. I noticed when u sat down that there was already a popsicle stick in the wax bowl. I didn't think much of it because maybe they just want to have it ready. However, halfway through my wax i turned towards the wax bowl and noticed the lady was dipping the same stick i to the wax over and over again!
