Dessany is amazing! I don’t even live in the same city as her right now but she still still manages to provide her services to me. She helps with healthy meal choices and gives me advice of different workouts to do she will send me videos of instructions and demonstrations of what to do! She’s helped me begin my journey at the gym! Hands down the best trainer ever!

Dessany had me and my wife workout together for a couples session and it was great! She is very knowleadgable with the gym and exercises. I recommended her to all of my friends and family!
