I got my lashes done. My eyes hurt, itched and were red. I went to another place to get them off. It took the new person over an hour to remove all the glue. There was so much that after 5 days the inside of the glue globs were not dry. I'm sorry but I will not go back to have my lashes done here again.

I have never experienced worse customer service. My little cousin, who is 11 years old cut her bangs a few months ago and has been letting them grow out. We went in asking for a bang trim to even and thin them out. The manager did a terrible job. As she was cutting the bangs she messed up and cut a piece very short and then blamed it on my cousin for cutting them in the first place. She said that some people cant have bangs and that my cousin wont look good no matter how she cuts them. I calmly told her to stop talking to my cousin like that and she ignored me and kept lecturing her. I asked her to stop cutting the bangs because my cousin was getting upset and she kept cutting ans said "She is my client, you aren't my client". At that point I start getting mad and I want to leave. She says that we can leave so I go to leave and she still requests that we pay for the service. I ask if theres anyone else that can fix it and she says shes the only one. If there was an option to put zero stars I would. I hope no one makes the same mistake of coming here.

It's was a pleasant experience. My tour guide was very informative and made me feel very welcome. Staff is super friendly with smiling faces and who doesn't love to see a great smile when you walk on the doorbto be so pleasantly greeted. Very clean facility and has a great vibe
