Sometimes, problems come out of nowhere. This problem was handed to Christina and delivered to me. When it come to accounting it has to be right. I was having issues with my HOA account and could not access it for payment. The app and website had different information so we did not receive any notifications. I was lucky to have Ms. Chapman help me with the website. She contacted me the very next day with my issues and replied to my emails whenever I had a problem or question with the HOA website.
