I’d give them a zero, but I don’t want to give a terrible review, as I have never been in their thrift store. I would never schedule another pickup. My advice is to drop off your items. I’ve been to AOH Medina several times as a volunteer. It is by far the most amazing ministry I’ve ever had the privilege of being a part of. The staff is kind and dedicated to the mission. The largest part of the ministry is a program that helps single mothers get back on their feet. They offer education, housing, counseling, etc. It is life changing. I was brought to tears many times as I heard the stories of the people living out there. I understand some of the other reviews are about donations, which is wonderful and does help the ministry, but it is my understanding that donations are handled by a separate company that then donates to AOH.

We were extremely happy with our donation pickup. We were given a call and a text to verify the time of the pickup, and when the mem arrived, they were polite, professional, and appreciative of our donation! Thank you Arms of Hope! Keep up the great work!Pam Jaeger
