I was very displeased with the service, my floors were not mopped properly there was still gunk on it, my bath towel I've been using about a week now was shoved into my linen closet, not even folded legit just throw into my linen closet. My house was disheveled, when I called to cancel service same day they told me they would move stuff around to dust. My house was still dusty so not sure what was going on. I mean my son's bin which is normally outside his room was inside his room right at the entrance and other things were just placed somewhere, why not put things back after cleaning the spot????. We have had monthly cleanings by American Housekeeping San Antonio for the past year and are pleased with the service, for the most part.They clean our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home once a month for $189/cleaning, which I believe is fair.They are easy to communicate with via text to setup service and very polite. They provide comment cards after every cleaning so you can give feedback on what you liked or didn’t like and they’ll recalibrate.The team that usually cleans our home does a great job, you can tell they have good attention to detail, passionate about their work and leave making our house smell bubbly fresh and clean!The only reason for 4 stars is it depends... read full review
$129 for a studio apartment less than 500ft and they didn't sweep or mop. A 2 person team only made the bed and wiped down all major surfaces and the shower/mirror. I had high hopes.Service: Standard cleaning
