The Alamo Steam Team was incredible to work with. Their office team was responsive and attentive, sending text confirmations and reminders about my appointment. The 2 team members who came to clean our couch and area rug were very professional and courteous. They explained what they would do and worked diligently while they were here. We did have 1 rug they took to clean in their facility and when there was an issue with it (the colors bled unexpectedly), they worked hard to find a solution and make it right for me. They really went above and beyond in finding a solution before they even told me about the issue and I appreciated them coming to me with a solution. Overall, great service, our couch and rugs look and feel new again. We will definitely use Alamo Steam Team in the future based on their professionalism and quality of services!
