These guys were amazing! The results were incredible! I had no idea how bad our grout and carpet was until they finished. 10 out of 10 recommend! Joe was very professional and friendly and most of all knowledgeable. He really knew his stuff and his work speaks for itself! Albert was great too! Highly recommend!
I dropped my patio rug to be cleaned. $300.00. I picked it up and laid it out and was discussed. I called left my name . Number and complaint. Never returned my call. It looks horrible.
Management contacted me after my complaint. They’ve made things right by me.
Amazing service. Their service manager Charles took ownership of a rather complex job with construction dust in the duct system in a three room apartment. He followed all the mitigation procedures with two filtration system's- one in the AC plenum and one in the apartment. He did a pre inspection two days before the work and arrived on time with his crew ( Benny and John).
While they went to work he stayed for a couple hours while his workers set up the equipment. During that time he answered any questions i had and my wife’s concerns.
