They offer affordable solutions to fix common issues, such as clogged drain pipes, instead of trying to sell customers a new system. Their technicians are efficient, polite, and friendly, and will answer any questions customers may have. Scheduling is easy, and fees are discussed upfront. The company is known for being professional, straightforward, and honest in their work, making them a reliable choice for AC and heat needs.
We (of course) had our old AC unit die as the weather was getting hot. I went to Yelp and Angi for help and screened 5 different companies. Then we heard about Aire Tech from a neighbor who recently used them. Pete came and looked at our unit and discovered an issue which all the other companies had missed. Because of that we chose Aire Tech and WOW were we impressed. They brought in a carpenter to fix some existing problems and then installed the best unit (York) our 100 year old house could handle. The job went exactly as promised and we are now enjoying the results. Not only that, when we got original estimate, it was significantly less costly than all the other companies. For service, quality and value, I can't imagine someone exceeding what we received from Pete and his team. I very highly recommend them if you need a new A/C or heat pump.
Great service and honest! They saved us from getting scammed by one of the Big name companies that tried to tell us we needed an entirely new system. Called Aire Tech and they came out to inspect our system. They found it was just a clogged drain pipe that needed to be flushed. Extremely affordable fix vs. going in to debt for a new AC system. They are life savers! I won’t call anyone else for service from here on out!
Aire Tech performed a maintenance check on my AC unit. Scheduling was efficient and fees were discussed at that time. Technician arrived on time and was polite and friendly. He examined my AC, found nothing wrong and answered what questions I had. Good experience and will be calling them back for future AC/ Heat needs.
