I’ve been a customer for a few months now and I have never missed a payment. I recently received a call from Albert about a late payment and I made a promise to pay. Come to find out that he noted my account with a refusal to pay. When he called me he also said he would call me everyday until “we get our money”

My first very unpleasant interaction with someone at this establishment. Albert sounds miserable and unprofessional. Needless to say, I’ve made my payment because I would not walk away from my obligations, just had a hiccup in the process.
Someone needs to go over customer service with that individual, or suggest a different line of work because...read full review

Just wanted to say that every time I go by to make a payment. Albert and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm in and out in seconds. That's helpful especially when I'm on my lunch hour.I recommend all my family and friend to Action Credit Loan on Military Drive. This location has the best staff ever. They are awesome!

Love this place! Not like other loans they want to start me with thirty bucks but this one i was able to get four times that! They will help you! Thank you action credit i will try my best to bring most people i can!??
