I called from Oregon for my mom in Texas and Mr Spencer himself got the job done THE SAME DAY, in fact, he was there within a couple of hours or less and very professional and courteous service! I will definitely be contacting Spencer's Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!
After a nightmareish week without hot water, and dealing with an unprofessional plumbing company contracted by the home warranty company, I was absolutely at the end of my patience. My contractor put me in touch with Mike Spencer and told him what had been happening. Mike went out of his way to check my old water heater just in case it could be repaired, and then when it couldn't, drove and got a replacement and installed it, all in an afternoon. Talk about save your a*** When you have p*** coming into your office this guy will get it taken care of! He is fast and understands urgency! I have had them show up at a moments notice at the end of a hard work day still smiling and ready to take care of the problem. This is the only plumbing company my business will use.
