“Rene installed a complete system for my house three years ago. He was great during the installation and did exactly what he said. The workmanship and price were great. This year, with the 103 degree temperatures every day, the A/C suddenly stopped working during the evening. I left a message describing the unknown problem on their website. The next morning Westex staff called me and said Rene was booked all day, but would come by after hours to fix it. Rene arrived after hours just as scheduled and fixed a broken capacitor in about 45 minutes. The part was under warranty and only cost me labor, which was less than $90. For an after-hours call, you can not ask for much more. Rene is personable , professional, affordable, and honest. I highly recommend him and Westex Air!“
