They are always professional and Samantha is always answering my phone calls and text messages when I have air conditioning questions for my buyer clients when we are looking at houses. They answer the phone calls and texts when I need something. They even came out to my own house and fixed my ac when it went out during the summer.

Called at 4:30 to get help installing new WiFi thermostat. After being transferred 5 times for customer service through the product help line, I decided just to call HHH. Came over and finished it in about 10 mins. Very friendly and helpful!Service: Install thermostat
