Juan came in when he said he would and went right to work. He's very efficient. Juan said the job would take 3-4 hours, it took 3. He didn't make a mess cleaning AC unit. Can't say enough about how good Juan is. If we need anything we'll be calling Air Dynamics again and I hope Juan will be the one who comes.
We had an issue with one of our AC units. Amanda was our repair technician. She was friendly and efficient! She happily explained what the issues were, showed me (oh my gosh!), and told me what I could do to make sure that we wouldn't have a similar problem in the future. I appreciate her thoroughness! Great company and great service!
During our semiannual maintenance last week I ask if they could replace 3 out dated thermostats. They said yes and suggested that I purchase the ones I wanted that were identical to one I bought last year and liked to save me money and they would just charge for instillation. Mellissa came out ant installed them all. She then took the time to program all of them for my system. They are great.
