One of their landscaping mac trucks hit me after i picked up my son from elementary school...He hit my driver side door after he ran a red light..He also had no breaks...i was Paralyzed in my left leg and couldn't walk..i had to have emergency spinal surgery in 3 different places in my lower back..His boss and Corporate knew he had no breaks. He had a double load of rocks.. my life has changed forever due to their lack of responsibility.

I suppose everyone’s view of customer service and customer satisfaction is different... I unfortunately being in the “people business” myself expect a high level of service. I received just that, quality customer service and more. My expectations were met and then some!! I definitely will be recommending Chick’s and will most definitely use them again in the future! Thanks 🙏 so much for everything!!!
