Heather is such an amazing massage therapist! Attentive, listens to your concerns and methodically works to address them. I’ve been receiving massages from Heather for a few years now and just tried the stretch/mobility session…..Amazing!! If you haven’t tried this type of session yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot. You don’t know how badly you need a full body stretch until you have had one. I did the 90 minutes, going for the 3 hour next time!
I have been seeing Heather for over two years. I lift weights, I’m clumsy and I give this ole’ body of mine a run for its money more times than not. Heather listens to your issues in a way that allows her to strategize your appointment based on what will provide you with the most relief for your time, she explains different muscles and how they work together and tips and tools for you to apply in your day to day to continue the stretching/massage/ posture needed to get you back on track! Recently I started seeing her for stretch sessions and they have been a game changer. I’m not the most diligent at stretching but even if I were, Heather’s knowledge far surpasses anything I can youtube/Google and layering on the “why” is invaluable. Y’all don’t take my appointments…BUT if you’re suffering, or if you want to improve you’re already regimented wellness goals - this is where you should be :-)
Heather gave me hands down the best massage I have ever had. A day later and I’m still in Lala land. She knew just the right pressure to apply. Mind, body, and soul she’s got you! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I can not wait to get back into her room!
