“We had the unfortunate need to euthanize our sweet, little old lady this weekend. HSNT was extremely compassionate and handled the situation well. I felt at ease the moment I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet man. He was gentle and respectful about the process, paperwork and payment. I was then escorted to a private room, where i was given the opportunity to say one last goodbye to my girl. The second gentleman was equally kind and compassionate. He used a gentle voice and vocabulary while guiding me through the process. When it was all over, he carried my girl out to me in his arms like a newborn, and had wrapped her up beautifully. I'm grateful they were able to make such a hard experience as wonderful as it was.“

“Our fur baby had been dealing with an eye infection for over a month. We went to his vet twice regarding the issue, which was addressed both times but with no improvement. Dr. Cichocki saw him and thoroughly explained what was going with him. He provided us with different options and the pros and cons of each option. With the option that we chose, we could see improvement that same afternoon. His eyes were close to his baseline by day 3. We are so glad that we went to Dr. Cichocki!“

“I highly recommend Rickords Animal Hospital and Dr. Roller. We brought our 9 year old chihuahua in for a routine exam and to be seen about getting a dental. We briefly saw Dr. Bauer for that. After his bloodwork, we learned that he had kidney disease and needed to be hospitalized. Dr. Roller and her team took care of our pup throughout the weekend and kept us updated at all times. Even though our pup took a turn for the worst, Dr. Roller explained all of our options to us. Even when we did decide euthanasia would be the best option because of his quality of life, Dr. Roller and her team made sure our pup and us were comfortable during the whole thing. They let us have all the time we needed with him to say our goodbyes. We truly do appreciate everything that Dr. Roller and the Rickords staff did for us during this very hard time.“

“Dr. Dean did a great job on my dog dallas TPLO surgery. He made a full recovery and is back to running around like it never happened. If you have the money it's 100% worth it in my opinion. My boy could hardly walk and was in so much pain. And now my 10 year old beagle acts like a puppy again. I recommended Dr. Dean, and fort worth veterinary surgical, and a dasuquin supplement. Also please don't go spending thousands of dollars and not take the recovery process serious. I was meticulous with his rest, and short leash walks for at least 12 weeks. Tell your pups they are good dogs for me“
