Other locations have rude employees who just want to swipe your card and have no understanding of what good costumer service looks like (cough cough alliance fort worth glo lol) The young lady who helped set up my membership was so sweet and being only a month on the job she was super helpful and knowledgeable! Will be going back to this location !!“

“I have not tanned in many years. I was nervous. Sandy was more than helpful. I let her know what I was looking for and she set me up with exactly what I wanted. She didn't try to oversell me. It was obvious that she was just there to make my experience great. She definitely succeeded. I got to meet Rylee after my first tan and she was just as sweet and helpful as Sandy. If you haven't tanned in a while or your new to tanning, I give this place 100%. These girls are great.“

As a pale-skinned girl who has tried just about every tanning salon under the sun (pun intended), I walked into Palm Beach with modest expectations and walked out completely blown away, all thanks to Matt. He took his time during the consultation, never rushed me, answered every single question I had (and I had a lot), and made the whole experience not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable. Matt is that rare combination of professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
