About a year ago I posted a review about this company that was negative and before giving them the chance to make everything right. I removed the review because this company did all they could to ensure we were happy and satisfied with their service and our flooring. Sadly, someone using my name, who lives in California, has reposted the review and I am working with Yelp to get it removed. Please, do not hold my hastely written words against this business. This small business, in Saginaw, Texas is competing against the big box stores that might offer you a lot but cannot provide the one-on-one service that Fashion Floors can and does. If you are looking for flooring, inside or out, or other products such as backsplash, take the time to visit Fashion Floors. Kevin and his wife, along with their employees, want each customer to get what works best for their project and they take the time to answer any questions you may have. They have a large selection of products and if you don't see what you want they will help you find it. They are consistent, professional, and their crews are craftsmen. Our home now looks great!
I highly recommend Fashion Floors to take care of all your flooring needs. We recently installed wood flooring and they did a fantastic job. Joey Sims worked with us to make our decision then managed the tear out and installation. He was wonderful to work with and kept us updated constantly. George and Beto were the installers and also moved the furniture. They were very trustworthy and efficient and highly recommended. Dealing with Fashion Floors was first Class.
