I called the plat on the 12/18/2023 3:15pm for the dot physical renewal appointment, of which they send an email for the 12/19/2023 4pm, without checking my email I booked a ride to the clinic on my arrival I was told my appointment is for next day, and the doctor is not in for the day, but the lady said to me I must wait she going to call the doctor to find out what he will say, after I waited for few minutes she came out to me and let me know the doctor will come to attend me, less than 20 minutes the doctor arrive to examine me.He is a nice humble guy and we had some few chats after he attended on my visit, I recommend him special for Physical exam this place is my to go will come here for physical therapy.“

“The best place to go when you need someone to listen to what is going on with your body. The staff and the doctor are very concerned, courteous, loving and kind. From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth of the environment inside. You are greatest with smiling faces. And it remains that way all the time. After a couple of visits, they know you by name. They check on you to make sure you are doing okay after therapy. Dr. Joe will speak with you anytime you request to speak with him when he is available. And he always listens to what you have to say and look for away to help to make you feel your best. They are the best team.“

“My husband had his first visit here last week. We were seen really fast, we had almost zero wait time. We were seen by Dr. Erica Goodson right away as well she was very kind and helpful with our questions. Our experience with her was wonderful. We also received a referral to an ophthalmologist for my husband's cataracts. We were put on schedule almost immediately and we needed a referral from our primary care providerd for insurance purposes. The referral was sent but accidentally sent to the wrong location. When I called the office back to get it sent to the correct location I was speaking with Miguel. Miguel was very helpful in getting everything corrected in a timely manner and making sure insurance had the correct information for our eye appointment the following morning. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure insurance information was taken care of so that we wouldn't miss our appointment and we really appreciate that.“

They are very flexible as well and empathetic towards others (they are very understanding and reasonable).The waiting times are typical for a Doctor's Office, but not ridiculous. Even their phone systems are above average. Of course the app also helps with scheduling, but they are always ready to take and/or return your calls. I have not had any issue with them for years!“
