Unfortunately I had to put down my 17-year-old dog recently. Hard enough as it is, sexy vet hospital made this such a peaceful event. No rushing, the facilities were comfortable, and they worked together with the pet crematory, and the process was so simple.

I only have used SVH for grooming services for my dog, so I can't comment on anything else, but the people who answer the phones and make appointments are always so rude on the phone, like I am bothering them by calling. When I made a grooming appointment the last time, they made sure to tell me that the dog was overdue for a vaccine and they couldn't see him without it. What they didn't even bother to check was that my dog sees another vet and is up to date on all vaccines. Tone of voice goes a long way, and it would be nice to hear a nice one for a change. As for the actual grooming, I have a small dog and just as long as he smells better and gets his fur cleaned up, I'm not picky. I haven't actually met the groomer, so if you want a really specific style or cut, I recommend asking to speak to the groomer personally.
