Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for the awesome job that you and your crew did in installing the new landscaping at the Cornerstone "Soup" Community Kitchen for the homeless. We are so appreciative of your team's hard work to make this site beautiful with hardy trees and other landscaping. Although we serve the homeless at this facility, they too like to observe the beauty of trees and flowers as they wait to be served. Thank you again so much for your service. We had 3 trees planted by JLM. One died almost immediately. When trying to get a warranty replacement, I was strung me along for nearly a year before they quit responding entirely. After several months, I even told them I was willing to pay for the replacement if they could get it done soon. Still ignored and treated poorly. Final straw was this string of texts after he told me a week ago that he would "definitely" get it done this week:Me: So what's the plan? You said something had to be done this week or it wouldn't get done...JLM: I had to start a 7-11 and Starbucks this week.Me: Ok...I'm trying to be patient. I know you're busy... read full review
