I went in for a Well woman exam and saw NP Gabrielle Garcia, she was awesome! she was very patient with me answered all my questions never made me feel rushed, she made me feel safe and comfortable during the exam, she is professional, friendly and respectful, very good bedside manner! The lady who checked me in was nice and had good customer service and checked me in pretty quick, I didn’t catch her name. I also had a nice experience with the lady who draws labs she has blonde hair she was very friendly and professional, the medical assistant who attended me did her job asked all the questions she needs to ask took my height and weight, but she needs to work on her...read full review

As always, the front desk team is kind, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Swofford is exceptional. When she moved from Terrell, I gladly continued seeing her even though it meant driving forty-five minutes from my home. She truly listens, offers thoughtful recommendations, and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. As a woman, feeling heard and taken seriously is incredibly important, and Dr. Swofford consistently provides that level of care.
