At first i was skeptical because i thought i knew more than what they could teach me after playing football my whole life and also studying to be a personal trainer myself but working with Travis taught me differently. He is very gentle and kind but will make you work. When you leave you will definitely feel like “today i made a difference”. I will say, whoever you work with make sure they read your notes. I stopped going because i re-injured my back doing something Travis and i agreed would not benefit me (bent over rows) on a day Travis was out and i had to work with another trainer. I’m a decent sized guy muscular wise so it looks like i can lift more than i can thus The trainer insisted i start with that workout after i expressed i shouldn’t and boom i was out for weeks and it ruined my schedule. So id say take accountability and trust yourself to say no. They are there to help build YOU the best way they can not do the work for you so come with the mindset that this is to change your lifestyle and this will absolutely help your life for the long run.“
“I go between the sachse and Rowlett location and wish that the same machines were available at both locations. Other than that, both locations are good for fitness“
