Wonderful service by Kim. I love my nails. She has a gentle touch and is very professional. She really heard my needs and delivered above and beyond & I am picky. I feel for the woman who does my nails as I am very picky and nervous and Kim made it easy. Thank you Kim.

The experience as a whole was not terrible. The lady that did my pedicure, B, was amazing! My toes look great, and she did a great job on the massage and was very friendly. My manicure, on the other hand, was disappointing. I asked for a v-cut french tip. Unfortunately, the gentleman who did my nails seemed rushed to get to other customers and was answering the phone and being pulled away so he did not ensure that my design was even, and it is already chipping on the 3rd day as well as very bubbly looking. I got there at 5pm and had 2 1/2 hours before closing just so the artist wouldn't be rushed, but it just didn't seem to work out that way. I did ask him to fix one...read full review

I did ask him to fix one of the mistakes but it only ended up making the design look bubbly and worse. I did not ask him to fix any of the other mistakes as I was worried it would look even worse. The mistakes are quite apparent in the photos.
