Had an appointment scheduled two days out and suffered through no A/C with patience for my appointment trusting them being they were the original installer from the home builder. The morning of my appointment on a Friday I made a call to them 15 minutes past the window of when I was told I would receive a call they would be on their way and was blatantly lied to that the OWNER called and left me a message at 8 am when there was absolutely no indication of such. They proceeded to offer me their next appointment for the following a Monday after the weekend. Horrible customer service and poor business.
