Dr. Hoag and her staff are absolutely the BEST!!! We are so thankful to have such an amazing team to care for our pets medical needs. They are compassionate and extremely intelligent.
My Pomeranian is super aggressive and Dr. Carn and the staff took great care of her. No one else would take her and this staff took her in and groomed her and I am so relieved to have found such an amazing group. Five stars is not enough, I want to give them 20 stars for an outstanding staff and a great job. Thank you. I have finally found the one for Lexi.
I've had the opportunity for my dog to meet both Dr. Hoag and Dr. Carn and they are both amazing with my dog. I have a Rottweiler who has had horrible experiences in the past at every other veterinary. Dr. Hoag knew how to approach my dog and keep her from feeling alarmed about anything she was doing. My Rottweiler needed a deep bite wound cleaning that I know any other vet would have wanted to put her under anesthesia to clean, but because of how well Dr. Hoag was keeping her calm, she was able to do it within minutes in the room while allowing me to assist.
