After a recent hail storm, Josh and the entire crew at Ideal Exteriors did an incredible job replacing the roof on my house. Dealing with an insurance claim can be a stressful process, but Josh went above and beyond to make it completely stress-free.

Not only did they provide quality materials and labor for the roof, but they also expertly handled all the other scopes of work, including new gutters, a garage door, window replacements, and fence work. The communication and transparency throughout the entire project were fantastic, and everything was completed exactly as scheduled.

I went with this company because, unlike most roofers I talked to, they didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me a timeshare. Super chill, no pressure. The roof looks amazing—better than it ever did—and they even fixed my fence and shed, which my insurance basically pretended didn’t exist. Josh was awesome. He handled the insurance drama like a pro and made sure the crew left my yard cleaner than it was before. Highly recommend—unless you enjoy stress and slimy dudes just wanting your insurance check.
