If only you could actually get ahold of the hospital. No one answers the phone. What if I was having a pet emergency seriously. And when you leave a voicemail no one calls you back.

I adopted my first cat almost 4 months ago and knew I would have to get her spayed soon so I booked with AHR. I'm glad I did. They were very understanding of my anxiety and were very communicative through the whole process. I really believe that the Vets take the extra step to make pet parents feel comfortable and to make sure their pet patients are okay. I'm so pleased about my experience here. ps: when I went to pick up my girl from her surgery they offered me beer or wine while I was waiting - that is rad!

We have been bringing our pets here for several years now and because my cats are all older we have needed them more than usual. When I was looking for a vet, I wanted to find one that was knowledgeable about cat physiology and illnesses and found just that at AHR. There is a separate cat entrance which I LOVE and it definitely makes for a more pleasant visit for my cats. The waiting room is calm and they don't have the big ole dogs scaring them. They have always been honest about what my cats were going through and the best treatment for them, even if it wasn't the best for me.
