This was my first experience with physical therapy and the experience I had with Athletico far exceeded my expectations. I went in after a total knee replacement and thin 6 weeks Athletico had swelling worked out, muscle strength back and my flexibility back to normal. The personnel were professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean, welcoming and filled with high quality machines and equipment. I will have my other knee replaced next month and Athletico will be my go to physical therapy facility.
I would like to start by saying the Manager/Physical Therapist Justice is amazing at what she does. I didn’t realize physical therapy helps so well with nerve damage…I previously posted an issue I had with a staff member, and the company personally reached out and fixed the issue. I give them a high five for them acknowledging my concerns and for going the extra mile to correct the situation! ?
This is my first time ever having to have physical therapy so I didn't know what to expect. Well, I can say that I thoroughly enjoy this place. The staff is extremely personable and very engaging. As soon as you come in the door, the staff greets you by name as casually as a friend would. That eases any apprehension you may have. I actually look forward to going to pt to see the staff more than the actual therapy. ? I just love Justise and Gemina, they are the two that I've worked with.
